PatagoniaThe Points Guy has posted about some low-cost Business-class airfares between various US cities and various South American destinations. Austin and DFW are not among the US cities, but Fort Lauderdale (FLL) is and you can get there from Austin on Southwest on either of two non-stop flights per day.
