U.S. Administration Adds New Restrictions on Visiting Cuba

The Trump administration has added new rules which will essentially stop Americans from visiting Cuba…unless (perhaps) they are on a cruise ship.

Citizens of other nations, like Canada, are unaffected by the rules.
